Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking professional talent for a Systems Engineer to perform Requirements Management, in the Nation Capital Region (NCR) to support the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO). The MPCO assumes responsibility for an operating environment that enables C2 for operations support planning and execution on a network infrastructure at a single security level with a common language.

Our new Systems Engineer assists the government in the analysis and coordination of DoD MPE enterprise requirements and is responsible for the following:

- Provide analysis and recommendation to assist in the activities necessary to support the MPCO Requirements Management and Strategic Planning Branch in the evaluation and coordination of DoD MPE requirements and to help evolve and mature MPCO's MPE Requirements Management Process

- Perform Systems Engineering activities to include research in support of requirements analysis and translation of operational requirements into functional and performance requirements

- Provide recommendation for the prioritization of requirements with consideration of Joint Staff prioritizations and current MPCO technical implementations

- Provide analysis and recommendations for the US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System Extended (BICES-X) Enterprise Requirements Management (RM) process

- Coordinate and manage the collection of all US BICES-X Enterprise requirements and facilitate the prioritization, validation, and approval/disapproval process for these requirements.

- Ensure that BCO staff, customer/stakeholders and US BICES-X Contractor are familiar with the RM process.

- Develop updated processes for review

Required Skills:

- 10 Years Experience with architectural concepts and cybersecurity requirements IAW RMF is required. Knowledge and experience with Future Mission Network (FMN), Joint Information Environment (JIE) JIE and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) is preferred.

-10 Years Experience in systems engineering, design, integration, testing and fielding and maintenance of information system to include planning, estimating, defining and documenting the requirements for complex systems, equipment and software configurations.
