Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking professional talent for a Senior Program Analyst acting as an Agreement Manager, in the Nation Capital Region (NCR) to support the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO). The MPCO assumes responsibility for an operating environment that enables C2 for operations support planning and execution on a network infrastructure at a single security level with a common language.

Our new Program Analyst assists the MPCO with the processes and execution of all agreements for the enterprise, to include MOUs, MOAs, 7600s and other agreements as legally required and perform the following:

-Responsible for drafting and recommending concepts, approaches and plans that meet validated international requirements of the MPCO. These include MOUs, and Communications and Information Technology Support Agreements (CITSA) between the MPCO and CCMDs, Services or other DoD entities.

-Facilitate CCMD requirements for bi-lateral information sharing solutions with partner nations through the coordination of required legal documentation such as Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Support Agreements (ACSA)

-Advise the MPCO on international program activity to conform to federal law, Department of State regulations (ITAR) and guidance and direction from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

Required Skills:

- 3 Years or more experience with international program coordination with a component of the DoD, drafting and executing MOUs/MOAs and 7600s

- Experience in support to coalition or bilateral military information sharing activities

-Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to defense systems acquisition and life cycle management

-Knowledge of the principles, policies and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment and sustainment of systems, subsystems and equipment

-Experience in the program/project status, schedules and DoD reporting
