Job Summary:

Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management Office (SAF/CDM) Network and Architectures Directorate (CDMN) Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) is charged with providing DoD-wide enterprise-level development, integration, systems engineering and synchronized delivery of mission capabilities and DoD-wide enterprise services that support interagency, strategic, allied, multinational, coalition, joint and combined Command and Control (C2) and intelligence coalition information sharing requirements. These capabilities include cross-domain services, cybersecurity and interoperability testing. The MPCO assumes responsibility for modernization, management, integration and consolidation of the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Pegasus, Combined Federated Battle Laboratory Network (CFBLNet), Virtual Data Centers (VDCs), US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (US BICES) and US BICES extended (US BICES-X).

Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking professional talent for a Network Engineer with Cyber Cross Domain experience, in the DC area to support the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO).

As the MPCO Network Engineer Cybersecurity Cross Domain expert, your role is to provide cybersecurity Cross Domain support to manage the cybersecurity-related activities that are covered in DoDI 8540.01 Cross Domain Policy.


- Coordinate across the MPCO Divisions, Cross Domain Support Element (CDSE), National Cross Domain Services Management Office (NCDSMO) and other organizations to ensure RMF artifacts for Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) are delivered in accordance with project timelines.

- Coordinate with personnel in RMF roles (e.g., ISSO, ISSM, Information System Security Engineer (ISSE), Security Control Assessor (SCA), etc.) and use RMF processes to validate selected security controls.

- Verify CDS is used per approved security relevant configuration and document requirements.

- Identify possible security vulnerabilities, and document findings to support annual Cross Domain Solution Authorization (CDSA) revalidation.

Required Skills:

-IAM Level II certification (i.e., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO) mandatory.

-Three+ years experience with the DoD's Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) Process.

- Experience as a staff or action officer on DoD, CCMD, Joint Service Staff in the Communications & Information office (e.g., A6, J6, N6) or equivalent.

- Experience in coalition operations and/or bilateral military information sharing efforts is a plus. Knowledge and application of DoD, CJCS and CNSS security-related policies and guidance. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office automation products for producing presentations, portals, documents, spreadsheets, etc.

Masters Degree in Engineering-related discipline. OR Bachelor's Degree in the above discipline plus 4 years additional work experience related to Network Engineering with Cyber Security focus.

10 yrs experience in networks and network engineering with Cyber Cross Domain experience.
