Cyber Intelligence Fusion Analyst [2021-09]

USSTRATCOM J2/Cybersecurity

Support the Government with all source intelligence analysis focused on characterizing the cyberspace capability and intent of specific adversaries to support I&W, Space/Electronic Warfare operations, defense of USSTRATCOM networks and systems, and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) to enable planning and operations. The focus of this task order is for contractor All Source Intelligence Analysts to produce written articles, briefings, spreadsheets, visualization documents and other assigned intelligence products that support CDRUSSTRATCOM’s ability to plan and execute Strategic Deterrence and Space/Counterspace operations and defend networks and infrastructure needed to accomplish these missions.

Required Skills:

Experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst and demonstrate a full understanding of all source intelligence analysis. Three (3) years demonstrated experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst, with at least two (2) years demonstrated experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst focused on the intelligence aspects of characterizing the cyber capabilities, activities, actions, and intent of the adversary.

Bachelor’s degree or related work experience

Senior-level roles: At least (10) years of relevant experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst producing finished intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT). Mid-level roles: At least five (5) years of relevant experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst producing finished intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT).
