CCaR Administrator / Financial Management [2020-35]

SMC/ECX (ECRN)

Support to this Advisory & Assistance Service task order provides the Range and Network Division with a broad range of acquisition and financial management capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition activities. SMC/ECPL directs the execution of the spacelift range which is located at Vandenberg AFB, Calif. (Western Range) and Cape Canaveral AFS, Fla. (Eastern Range). Each range is comprised of 12 subsystems; command destruct communications, data handling, flight safety, optical, planning and scheduling, radar, surveillance, timing and sequencing, telemetry, and weather. The organization modernizes and sustains these systems to ensure our nation's launch ranges are "go for launch" when needed.

Infinity Systems Engineering seeks a Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) administrator to support SMC/ECPL (Ranges). The CCaR administrator will review the basis of estimate (BOE) in the CCaR system for all new program efforts and engineering cost proposals in support of program change boards, and recommend acceptance or rejection of the BOEs including supporting rationale.

The CCaR Administrator shall coordinate all cost products with Project Officers, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) personnel, and other DoD organizational and/or contractor personnel for the Ranges program office. Additionally, will develop, maintain and deliver real-time program information to update Program Office Estimates (POEs) for consistency, synchronicity, and integration with portfolio plans and objectives IAW applicable documentation/guidance for Range programs.



Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have understanding of mission critical aspects of government acquisition and DoD space programs/projects.

Expected to perform all functional duties with limited supervision from the Task Lead and/or senior personnel and require no training. They shall have appropriate certifications and easily transition between requirements without the need for government oversight. They shall have deep knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force, Space Force processes and procedures as it relates to their functional responsibility and "speak/write" Air Force/DoD and space acquisition terminology appropriately.







Some college coursework required Bachelor degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering or Statistics

7 years of experience or combination of education and experience performing or supporting financial analysis or CCaR administration or related activity for aircraft and/or spacecraft applications in the commercial, industrial, government agencies and/or military arena/DoD, 2 years in support of space and/or ground systems. 10 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
