Drew Schafer is Infinity’s Director of Product Development and leads enterprise product strategy, market positioning, and business development initiatives that align digital innovations with defense modernization priorities and emerging technology trends.

Drew has pioneered the Product Development line of business, building 5 innovative products totaling $16M under contract and establishing a $1B pipeline in product-specific opportunities. As Director of Programs (2022-2024), Drew led strategic business operations for a $320M portfolio, achieving 9% year-over-year revenue growth, capturing 8 new programs, and scaling operations by 17%.

Drew is an Ohio University graduate with an earned Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science, and has earned Master’s-level coursework in Economics, Marketing, and Information Systems. He has over 28 years in the aerospace industry, is a 24-year U.S. Air Force veteran, and has been with Infinity since 2002.
